Many cases of chronic pain and/or tinnitus ranging from mild to catastrophic can be resolved without surgery, expensive devices, or medications. Sessions
How we’ll collaborate

We’ll typically have one-on-one meetings either in person, over the phone, or via video conferencing.

Each session will start with a few simple questions, and your responses will set the direction of our work. We’ll spend a lot of time becoming aware of barriers and opportunities and then figuring out how to best handle them. When appropriate, I’ll offer my own experience and knowledge to help move things forward. If we run into issues that go beyond my expertise, I’ll refer you to someone I trust.

Every session should end having made some meaningful progress towards your goal. It will be up to you to maintain that momentum so that each session brings us closer to the finish line.

How you start telling problems to pound sand!

A free consultation gives both of us a chance to see how well we might work together. During our 30-minute session, I’ll ask about what you hope to achieve so I can work out how I can best support you. You are welcome to ask about anything important to you. Check out the boxes on the right for examples of things we could discuss!
